Mind, Body, Spirit: I'm talking about the Mind

Sometimes it's important to play mind tricks with yourself. You just do little things that you kind of brain hack yourself. In this case I restarted my blog completely from scratch totally new platform just to you know pretend like I'm starting from scratch this way I have an option of it to be perfect this time. Interesting how the mind works that way you can do something so simple and then you don't have the anxiety of what was causing you to stop the other one in the first place. This makes me think about atomic habits and the book that I read several years ago that had me start new habits to make sure that I was being more productive during my day overwhelmed by doing so many things homeschooling running a blog podcast YouTube channel and all that stuff it's really important to have certain things in order and do certain things in a certain time. It's interesting mine hacks are incredible. Then at the same time I was reading another book about the miracle morning and going through certain things throughout your morning to get all of the information out of your head and on the paper. like everything that I read I have adapted it to my lifestyle and my own unique habits that you know at the age of 30 or 25 at the time we're kind of hard to change up but you can always add things to your routine that fit as opposed to completely overhauling your routine all at one time. So kind of with his mind hack on restarting my blog in an entirely brand new platform I'm mine hecking myself like with those atomic habits and that miracle morning whereas I slowly do the things that were in the book but at my own pace as opposed to trying to say that I'm going to do it all at one time. So a little bit of advice for you if you need to change up your habits so that you can be more productive do it a little bit of time you don't have to do it all at once.
